Former world’s number one golfer Tiger Woods (now ranked 285th), will not be competing in the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational – an event he’s won 8 times before.

Woods shockingly didn’t qualify for this event, so like everyone else the golf legend will either be watching from home or from the other side of the rope.

Woods won’t be playing, even with new golfing sensations Jordan Spieth and Jason Day calling for an  exemption for Tiger (an embarrassing turn for a golfer other golfers would dread at a tourney – especially on Sundays).
