In recent news we see Jay-z has beating a liquor brand in their contested lawsuit – he reportedly won a near $1 Billion dollar verdict. Also, famous rapper Flo-rida won another suit against energy drink maker Celsius (reportedly, $80 million).
Even though Flo-rida’s verdict was far smaller than the Jay-z/Bacardi suit outcome – his compensation is more incredible in my opinion. The rapper was only seeking a palty $30K for stock compensation.
Then when we you look at how Rihanna has parlayed her name and celebrity to becoming the youngest self-made billionaires – one question should come to mind.
